- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled;
- Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of copyright infringement. The original complainant will then have ten business days to notify us that they have filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we do not receive such notification, we may restore the removed material.

Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you materially misrepresent that content or activity is infringing your copyright.
